This is one of those things that you don't realize you need until you've used it. I installed them on our shallow bathroom sink faucets. It's very handy to add more space under the faucet (to fill deeper glasses or a pitcher, for example) or even to use as a drinking fountain. I don't think I could wash my hair using it, however.

I liked that the well-packaged product included a small wrench and teflon tape for installing each product. It was easy to install but I have had trouble getting it to stop dripping where it attaches. It's not too noticeable since that's where water has always come out. Added bonus: the cats find it quite entertaining.
